POSITION:
Teacher Assigned-A - Outlier
NUMBER OF APPROXIMATE POSITIONS: 3
LOCATION:
In-person at the Office of Student Pathways: 110 William Street, 15th Floor, NY, NY 10038
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
New York City Department of Education appointed and licensed teachers
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- At least three (3) years of satisfactory (Highly Effective/Effective) experience within the NYCDOE.
- Knowledge and expertise in position Education/Healthcare/Tech.
- Satisfactory written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in successful project management.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, plan, and facilitate professional learning activities to small and large groups, specifically for FRNYC/CTE/CRMYA programs/schools within Office of Student Pathways, Career Connected Learning (CCL) portfolio.
- Plan and write curricula for multiple courses
WORK SCHEDULE:
July 1, 2024 – September 4, 2024. Up to 225 Hours, subject to budget availability. Work Schedule to be determined in consultation with manager.
Hours up to, but not limited to the approximate number of hours listed. Additional hours may be granted upon the approval of the hiring
manager.
SALARY:
Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Contingent upon funding availability and programmatic approval.
