Phoebe-Sade Arnold was born and raised in Harlem, NY and is a proud product of the NYC Public School system. A community advocate, Phoebe-Sade believes that a quality education is an innate right of every student and is honored to serve on the Policy Education Panel as a Mayoral appointee. She has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit and higher education arenas and enjoys finding ways to improve the quality of life for her community.
