Below please find the school utilization proposals to be voted on at the December 16, 2026 Panel for Educational Policy (PEP) meeting.
On this page are the dates of the Joint Public Hearings as well as the contact information for the proposals. Oral and written comments on the proposals will be accepted from October 30, 2026 through December 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Notices and additional documents for these proposals can be found by clicking the "View all documents for this proposal" links below.
The Joint Public Hearings ahead of the PEP will be held either in-person or via teleconference.
Speaker sign-up will begin 30 minutes before the hearing, at 5:30 PM, and will close 15 minutes after the start of the hearing. Speakers may only sign themselves up for public comment, and only those who signed up will be called upon to speak during the appropriate period(s).
